Frequently asked
How are points counted?
Every different plant variety you eat during the week is worth 1 point. Herbs, spices, teas and oils are worth a quarter point. Each variety counts once per week — two red apples are one point, a red and a green apple are two. The week starts again on Monday, or on the weekday you choose in the settings.
My data is not syncing to my other device
Check that both devices are signed in to the same iCloud account and that Plavari is enabled under Settings → your name → iCloud → Apps using iCloud. The first sync after installing can take a few minutes. There is a sync status screen in the app under Profile → Settings.
An invitation from a friend does not open
Invitations use Apple's iCloud sharing. The person accepting needs Plavari installed and needs to be signed in to iCloud. If the link opens a browser instead of the app, install the app first and then tap the link again.
How do I block or report someone?
Open the friend's profile or the member menu inside a group and choose Block or Report. Blocking ends the connection immediately and hides that person everywhere. Blocked users are listed under Profile → Settings → Blocked users.
How do I get my data out — or delete it?
Profile → Settings offers a full export as a file. The same screen can delete individual entries or reset everything. Deleting the app removes the local copy; to remove the synced copy as well, turn Plavari off under iCloud in the iOS Settings.
What do the tips and the supporter subscription unlock?
Nothing you need. The app is complete and free. Supporters get alternate app icons, additional colour themes and a badge. Subscriptions are managed in your App Store account settings; one-time tips are consumable and are not restored through the App Store, but the unlock follows your Apple ID to your other devices.
A plant is missing from the catalog
You can add your own varieties in the app under Add → Custom plants. And write to us — the built-in catalog grows with what people report.
